Dessert is such a big part of our life. Whenever we celebrate a special occasion there is usually something sweet that accompanies it.
When I was a little girl, my mom always made sure my birthday cake was extra special. I think it’s because of that, I love making for people that extra special dessert that will make their day all the more memorable.
For the past 15 years, I’ve worked in the industry learning from the best. I’ve learned that attention to detail, using great quality ingredients and having passion for what you do will always produce a great product! My education at George Brown allowed me to learn from great chefs and gave me the technical theory I needed to make great food. But I’ve also learned its more than theory that makes a great dessert, it’s desire to make the best.
